Mingtiandi Singapore Focus Forum 2023 On-Location Event

Having gathered over 200 industry professionals at our inaugural Singapore Focus Forum in 2022, Mingtiandi returns in 2023 to once again bring together top experts in the Lion City for a full-day exploration of the opportunities and challenges facing investors in the city-state’s real estate markets.

The hybrid event will start off with a keynote panel bringing together top developers and fund managers highlighting the forces shaping the market, and the most rewarding strategies for achieving yield in Singapore.

The programme will continue with panel discussions exploring trends driving the commercial, industrial and lodging sectors, as well as in-depth sessions on debt strategies and the outlook for cross-border investment.
